You are signing up for one year.

You might have caught a special promotion - for example, a free trial for two months. In this case, the free trial period is added at the start of the membership. So with a two-month free trial, your membership will last 14 months - two months for free, 12 months paid. During the free trial, you can cancel your membership anytime with no obligation, and the 12-month paid period will not begin.

This is a ONE YEAR membership - you pay either when you sign up, or at the end of a free trial (if a free trial is available).

Pay when you sign up - make one payment for the entire year.

If you start your membership with a free trial, your payment will be collected the day after your free trial ends (unless you cancel). We will send you a reminder email before the end of the trial to ask if you want to continue.

There’s no membership specifically for business, but that doesn’t mean you can’t get some awesome discounts for yourself and your team. Just email sales@citizenm.com to get in touch with us and get some no-obligation quotes.

All memberships come with a 14-day cancellation period if you change your mind.

If you start with a free trial, you can cancel your membership anytime during the trial period with no obligation, and the 12-month paid period will not begin.

To cancel your membership, log into your mycitizenM+ account and follow the steps. We will send you an email to confirm the cancellation and the remaining terms (remaining time, how many payments still remain, etc).

If you want to cancel after the 14-day period passes, you can do so via your member dashboard. The membership will continue until the end of its one-year term (which means you can keep using your perks), but it will not renew automatically.

Log into your citizenM account and go to your dashboard. Find the option to link your mycitizenM+ account with Marriott Bonvoy. Follow the easy-peasy linking instructions – and voilá! 

Without linking the accounts, you won’t get the discounted membership rates for citizenM stays booked via Marriott.com and the Marriott Bonvoy App. As long as your membership is in good standing, you can keep using the other perks (like free co-working, 15% off food and drink and 15% off meeting rooms).

To enjoy your exclusive 15% mycitizenM+ member discount on stays, make sure your mycitizenM+ membership is linked to your Marriott Bonvoy account. Once linked, simply visit the Marriott Hotels website or use the Marriott Bonvoy app.

• Log in with your Marriott Bonvoy membership credentials.

• Search for any citizenM hotel in your preferred destination.

• When you view available rooms, you’ll see a special rate automatically displayed as “citizenM Subscription Program.”

• Select this rate to book your stay with the 15% off mycitizenM+ member discount — it’s that simple.

Your Marriott Bonvoy discount rate will only appear when you’re logged in to your account that’s linked with your mycitizenM+ membership.

You can book a maximum of 2 rooms per stay with your member discount - one for you, and one for your best travel buddy (or two buddies). It's nice to travel with friends!

There is no limit to your stays - you can book as many as you like per year - only to the number of rooms. If you need a 3rd room and more, these additional rooms need to be booked separately at the regular stay price.

Simply sign in at mycitizenmplus.com and open your member ID from the top of the page. Show it at the bar while you buy food and drinks for your 15% discount.

Please note: the rules have not changed - the discount doesn’t apply to breakfast, or to alcohol in Boston (state rules).

As a mycitizenM+ member, you get 15% off societyM meeting rooms at selected citizenM hotels. To book, go to the Marriott website, search for a citizenM hotel, and submit your meeting room request there. Don’t forget to mention the email address linked to your mycitizenM+ membership so we can apply your discount.

Yes! mycitizenM+ members enjoy free coworking at all citizenM hotels worldwide (except Taipei). Just show your active membership at the hotel, pick your favourite spot, and get to work. (For all the details, visit our coworking page.)

Yes. All eligible citizenM stays made with a Marriott Bonvoy account will earn Marriott Bonvoy points. You can earn Marriott Bonvoy points on citizenM hotel stays by adding your Marriott Bonvoy account number to your reservation. You can do this during booking at Marriott.com OR at the check-in kiosk at all citizenM hotels.

No. Stays completed before the integration cannot be credited. As of 20 November, the integration is fully live, and all eligible citizenM stays made with a Marriott Bonvoy account will earn Marriott Bonvoy points. Points are awarded after your stay is completed.
